Notice is hereby served that the 2nd Annual General Meeting for Sundrland Business Network is to be held, in conjunction with our June members meeting, on Tuesday 22nd June.

As per the constitution, the current Committee will be stepping down, with a view to seeking re-election. If any member is interested in joining the Committee please note that nominations are required by 14/6/10. Should the number of those seeking election be in excess of the number identified in the constitution then a ballot will take place at the AGM.

Please note that inorder to be considered for election to the Committee you are required to be a fully paid up member of the Network.
