Click to enlarge We are delighted to announce that the "Projects – People and Process” workshop hosted by Hazel Insight and Abellio Solutions is being supported by The University of Sunderland’s AMAP Digital Factory Project.

For qualifying delegates the Digital Factory Project will pay half the fee: just ask about this on booking.

(As part of its remit the Digital Factory Project has already delivered over 5800 learning opportunities and assisted over 500 firms in the North East Region).

Our workshop addresses the questions: How do you know your team is competent? How do you know it can work together? How do you know your project schedule is realistic? How will you measure progress? How will you handle a crisis? or revitalise a stalled project?

It runs from 9.30 to 4pm on Friday 19th March at Sunderland Marriott Hotel, Seaburn and each delegate will also have access to a follow-up focused meeting at their site to deepen their experience and keep the momentum going.
