Click to enlarge Sunderland based staff retention and recruitment agency Denalli has been crowned best young business in Sunderland by online company the Best of Sunderland.
With a wealth of experience in recruiting, training & developing teams globally, Emma launched company Denalli in November 2008 having realised the need for improvement in staff retention in the region’s Contact Centre Industry.
The first of its kind in the North East, Wearside based Denalli has continued to go from strength to strength and from initially offering only recruitment services, she is now launching a host of services focussed on staff retention having realised that recruitment is much more about treating the symptoms and not the causes of staff turnover.
Emma Cordiner from Denalli is delighted with the award, she said;” This is such a fantastic award for us to have; the fact that our customers have taken the time to vote for us is a great accolade.”
Lyndsey Burdis, from the best of Sunderland presented the best young business award to owner Emma Cordiner, she said; “The best thing about this award is that actual customers have the opportunity to show recognition for the service that they have received from Denalli.” Lyndsey added; “We have received hundreds of entries, but Denalli came out on top for best young business. Well done and congratulations.”
