Global GROUP is an international UKAS accredited certification body with Global Certification (Northern) Ltd having the responsibility for servicing the needs of organisations in the North of England and Scotland. Our core business is the assessment and certification of organisations management systems to national and international standards eg quality ISO 9001 and environmental ISO 14001 / BS 8555 (although we do have a wider range of services as you can see from our web site at www.globalgroup.net) and we also deliver associated training. Our belief is that by using local, trained, competent and experienced business professionals from the real world and by having a no extras charging policy (we charge no expenses or “management” fees all we charge are assessment and annual fees) we can offer a cost effective and professional service sympathetic to business needs while still ensuring standards are met. All our business is by quotation and is totally transparent with clients knowing precisely what the cost of the 3 year certification cycle will be (UKAS require that certificates run no longer that 3 years before reassessment) As a certification body we do not offer consultancy however we can provide a gap analysis service that will help companies identify the level of support needed to prepare for certification.
