All of our courses are built on a framework of key coaching and sales training methods that have been proven to give real results, but the content and detail will be built to suit your requirements exactly. In doing this we ensure that the time and money invested gives the measurable results that you are striving for.
When working with customers on our Sales Consultancy programme we strive to get a deep understanding of your sales goals and a clear understanding of current barriers to sale and any other related issues. Once we have this information we are able to work closely with you to produce a sales development plan based on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound) goals. You then have the options to implement these plans yourself or choose ongoing support in implementing and developing these across your organisation.
Our sales consultancy approach will work with whatever sales methodology that you currently use, and in the absence of this we will work to show a number of alternatives and work with you to recommend and set up the most appropriate methods and ideas. We will work through every aspect of your sales journey, breaking back to basics and ensuring that every stage of the sales journey is supported, planned and measured to ensure that it is achieving what you require.
Whether we are working on sales consultancy or training or coaching for a customer we will offer additional ongoing support following the initial on site work to ensure that customers get maximum benefit from the face to face session and can continue to benefit from an extended return on their initial investment.
